On this blog, I want to present some analysis and research I am doing on Sherlock Holmes within the scope of my bachelor thesis in English studies, however, not in every single detail since I am concerned about my own intellectual property. I will write summaries of the TV series' episodes and draw comparisons between the different imaginations of the famous consulting detective and the other characters appearing in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's original stories, Elementary and BBC Sherlock, thus, I will also comment the importance and differences of their relationships. Therefore, this blog acts as a thesis diary and memo for myself but I hope that some people find my writings, foundings and conclusions interesting enough to follow this site regularly. :-)
